Metropolitan Tree Growers Pty Ltd respect your purchasing from us. We would ask that you understand these terms and conditions of trading and sales:
- This catalogue and price list superscede any others; all prices listed in this catalogue are fully inclusive of GST.
- All prices listed are ex nursery, Alphington Victoria. We will be happy to arrange delivery at competive prices.
- Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice to approved customers; new customers and those without a credit history with Metropolitan Tree Growers Pty Ltd may be asked to pay for trees COD.
- We encourage you to order early, but please understand that we may require a 20% deposit to hold stock.
- We will hold all stock without extra charge until the agreed pick-up/delivery date; we will charge $3.85/tree/fortnight (Inc GST) maintenance for trees left after the agreed pick-up/delivery date.
- Metropolitan Tree Growers Pty Ltd guarantee that all trees are healthy at time of pick-up/delivery and are true-to-type.
- If there are problems with an order, we require that you notify us of any of these problems within 48 hours of pick-up/delivery. We cannot be responsible for any problems identified more than 48 hours after pick-up/delivery.
